Meet Anita

Change is possible—one step at a time!

I bring together a unique combination of lived experience, academic background, and professional health coaching expertise to support lasting lifestyle change from multiple angles—behavior, mindset, and sustainable daily habits.I grew up in Germany on a farm, where I developed a grounded appreciation for nature, movement, and simple living. Later, I moved to California to pursue my dream in competitive sports, where I deepened my understanding of fitness, discipline, and what the body is truly capable of when supported correctly.Along the way, my own health journey became the turning point in my life. I experienced challenges with metabolic health, Hashimoto’s, and anxiety-driven digestive issues, which led me to question not only how I was living, but how health actually works beneath the surface. These experiences guided me toward a deeper path of learning and transformation. I trained as a Certified Health Coach, with ongoing education in metabolic health, and dedicated myself to understanding how sustainable change truly happens in real life—not just in theory. My academic foundation in Social Work (Bachelor’s degree) adds another important layer to my coaching. It has given me a strong understanding of human behavior, emotional patterns, and the real-life barriers people face when trying to change long-term habits. As an athlete, I continue to live what I teach—valuing consistency, resilience, and a balanced approach to health that supports both performance and well-being.Credentials & BackgroundPHD Certified Health Coach
